	Red River Pipes & Drums Welcome to the Red River Pipes & Drums website. R.R.P.D is a small marching band led by Pipe Major, James Parker. Our band consists of several pipers, playing Highland Bagpipes, and several drummers, playing Highland snares, tenors, and bass drums.
	We are based out of Shreveport, Louisiana, but have members in East Texas as well.
